Previously I discussed the Illinois Environmental Council (IEC) and they work upon the issues of the water infrastructure, with the aim of resolving of water loss, managing funds, reduce water waste, and channelize water supply efficiently. According to the grid, they are well connected to the initiative of Save the babies one at a time, because they are catering to each problem at hand and finding effective solutions for each, ta stabilize the water availability and supply. In my opinion, they also fit it into the category of Teach the babies to swim, because, with the work they are focused upon, they are working on different units and collaborating with programs to facilitate the water supply for drinking and regeneration of wastewater.
